Boards of Directors

Kalaallit Airports consists of three companies: Kalaallit Airports Holding A/S, Kalaallit Airports International A/S and Kalaallit Airports Domestic A/S.

Kalaallit Airports International A/S aims to build two international airports in Ilulissat and Nuuk, while Kalaallit Airports Domestic A/S, aims to build a North Atlantic airport in Qaqortoq.

Each public limited company (A/S) has a Board of Directors.

The same four people are on all three Boards of Directors. Of these, the management of the Boards of Directors also consists of the same chairman and deputy chairman. In two of the companies, Domestic A/S and Holding A/S, there are four seats on the Board of Directors, while at International A/S there are six seats.

Since the Danish State co-financed the airport projects at Nuuk and Ilulissat, the Board of Directors of Kalaallit Airports International A/S was expanded by two positions, so that there are now six members of the Board of Directors.

As part of the agreement with the Danish State, the Danish State appoints two of the members to the Board of Directors of Kalaallit Airports International A/S.
